No Returns / No Exchanges
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Damaged or Wrong Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must:
- Record a clear video while opening the parcel (unboxing video).
- Share the video with us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process your complaint.
- After verification, we may provide a replacement or store credit, depending on the case.
Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable if the ordered product is out of stock or not shipped.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
